The member called the Nurse Advice Line instead of going to the Emergency Department because it was not a medical emergency. The member told us that the nurse from the Nurse Advice Line listened to their concerns, was caring and helped them with what to do next. 6 Living Healthy If you or your child is sick or have questions about your health, you can call the Nurse Advice Line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
