If you can’t afford the cost of the premiums for your other insurance, call us. If you qualify, we can pay the premiums for your other insurance. Do you have Medi-Cal and other insurance you pay for? ALLIANCE MEDI-CAL MEMBERS Who to call for what A s an Alliance Medi-Cal member, it can be confusing at times to know who to call for what. Here are some tips. Call the Alliance* to: ■  ■ Learn more about how our health plan works ■  ■ Get help with understanding your health care benefits and how to get care ■  ■ Choose or change your Alliance Primary Care Provider (PCP) ■  ■ Let us know if you are not happy with your provider, the care you are receiving or something the Alliance has done ■  ■ Ask for a new Alliance ID card if you lose yours You can reach the Alliance at 1-800-700-3874 . For information about dental services, call the Denti-Cal Program at 1-800-322-6384 .
